The housing market is to remain open.

The Government have confirmed that Estate and Letting Agents can continue to operate and have confirmed that if you are looking to move that you can go and view properties.

Now, Beaumont Estate agents are aware that there is a contagious virus out there and want to assure you that we as a company are offering all of our customer's peace of mind that we will be following Covid protocols when we attend any properties.

All our staff will wear a face mask and wear disposable gloves. These are disposed of after each property we visit.

Any viewings that take place, we will ensure that social distancing is adhered to and again ensure that people who view any property will be wearing a face-covering unless they are exempt and supplied with gloves as well, if they do not have their own.

We ask people where possible, not to touch any door handles and surfaces, so to avoid any cross-contamination.

Moving home:

You can still move home. People outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary.
Estate and letting agents and removals firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, you can go to property viewings.
