Mark has been an estate agent since the mid 80’s working in South East London and Kent for a corporate company. In the 90’s Mark had a business with a partner locally and in 1999 Mark opened Mark Beaumont.com Estate Agents in the High Street, this time on his own.
Mark Beaumont is an independent family business with the owner's name above the door, which carries a lot of responsibility. Located in the former Prudential Building the largest estate agency premises that we know of in SE London.
Due to our prominent location on the edge of inner London we have been successful in selling, renting and managing property in the entire borough of Lewisham and further. We have been successful from Camberwell and Herne Hill to Lewisham and from Catford to Plumstead with all the areas in between. We have been successful as far as Chatham Docks and Weybridge in Surrey. There is very little that we cannot do but most things are dictated by travelling time. Fortunately we have agents that live all over London.
We are driven and we like to win, but not at any cost. Our clients come first and a happy customer always comes before profit. You’ll find us honest, sometimes brutally, but this is always best for long term relationships.
